超声波轴承减摩机制分析

摘    要:设计了一种超声波径向支承轴承结构。用Helmholtz方程和Neumann边界条件计算了轴承与轴颈接触面的声压,为减少启动阶段轴承与轴颈之间的磨损提供了理论依据。用动态Reynolds方程分析了轴承工作状态下挤压效应和动压润滑所产生气膜的压力,从理论上验证了轴承工作状态下存在气膜润滑。实验测定了超声波轴承的摩擦因数,摩擦因数为深沟球轴承的10%,证实了理论分析的合理性。

Abstract:A type of ultrasonic radial bearing was designed.The pressure of sound wave in the clearance between bearing and shaft was calculated using Helmholtz Equation and Neumann conditions,which proves the abrasion between bearing and shaft in staring up period can be decreased,the pressure of airfilm created by both extrusion effect and air-dynamic lubricating mode was obtained based on dynamic pressure Reynolds Equation and so the lubricating capability of air was concluded.The coefficient of friction of ultrasonic bearing was tested experimentally which is lowered to about 10% comparing with ball bearing.Experiments confirm the theory is reasonable.
