国家标准《燃气用埋地聚乙烯管材》2003版之分析

摘    要:通过分析2003版与1995版国家标准《燃气用埋地聚乙烯管材》,介绍了2003版标准中新增的耐快速裂纹扩展和耐慢速裂纹增长两项重要性能。建议聚乙烯(PE)管材原料生产厂按照新标准的要求生产、评价燃气用埋地PE管材原料.以期提高我国PE管材开发和应用水平。

Abstract:The national standard of GB 1555B.1 "Buried Polyethylene (PE) Piping Systems for the Supply of Gaseous Fuels Part 1: Pipes" of version 2003 and version 1995 were compared in this paper. Two important properties (resistance to quick crack propagation and resistance to slow crack propagation) newly supplemented in the standard of version 2003 were introduced. The producers of PE compound for tubing are required to manufacture and evaluate the PE compound for buried pipes in accordance with the newly promulgated standard on the purpose of raising the development and application level of PE tubing in China.
