掺吲哚CuPc薄膜对NO_2气敏的影响

摘    要:吲哚是一种化学稳定剂,为探讨吲哚掺入CuPc薄膜对NO_2气敏特性的影响,用共沉积的方法在CuPc薄膜中掺入吲哚,从制备的CuPc夹层光电池测试中,探讨了吲哚对CuPc薄膜的光电导的影响;由X-线衍射分析了吲哚对CuPc薄膜的结构的影响,测试了掺杂对NO_2敏感特性的影响,结果表明,掺入吲哚可抑制CuPc的光电导,提高其气敏的稳定性;同时使得CuPc分子在基片上的排列趋向单一有序,对改善CuPc薄膜气敏的灵敏度和时间特性具有积极意义。

Abstract:With the co-deposited thin film of copper phthalocyanine(Pc)and indole the effectof indole on the NO2 gas sensitive of CuPc thin film has been studied.A kind of ITO/Pc/Al sadwitch cell has been fabricated for meassuring photoconductivity of CuPc.The experiment has been showed that indole decreaes the photoconductuivity of Pc andincrease its stable of conduct ivity. This is due to mixed indole into CuPc changes themorphology of the thin film. CuPc planer moleculer deposited on the substrate parallelits surface. The X-ray diffraction pattern shows that result. The mixed thin film is ad-vantageous to improving time properrties of NO2 gas sensor.
