| 摘 要： | 宁夏中部干旱带降雨稀少,水质较差,地下水匮乏,生态与环境脆弱。近年来,由于持续的干旱少雨,相当一部分已经告别饮水困难的地区又出现了“水荒”。针对宁夏中部干旱带的实际情况,解决饮水安全问题的对策是因地制宜地编制规划,加强前期工作论证,推行用水户参与,搞好水质检验与监测等措施。

| Abstract: | Drought belt in middle Ningxia has little rainfall while water quality is poor and groundwater is deep. Eco-system is pretty vulnerable. In recent years water shortage came back to some areas which have bid farewell to drinking water difficulty because of droughts and declining rainfall. Counter-measures put forward to solve rural drinking water security include formulating planning according to local context, strengthening preliminary demonstration, extending water user participation and undertaking water quality test and supervision. |
