汽轮机保安系统典型故障的机理研究及实例分析

摘    要:在汽轮机打闸或跳闸时,主汽门关闭时间延长的故障在许多电厂,尤其新机组调试过程中均出现过;以ND83/83/07-1型汽轮机的保安系统为例,对卸荷阀的工作原理,以及快关时间延长的故障机理展开全面分析和研究,并借助具体事例分析对此做了进一步阐述。研究结果表明:主汽门要实现正常快速关闭,必须保证,危急遮断油路工作正常,油动机的控制电磁阀性能良好,进汽阀的阀芯弹簧预紧力符合设计要求,并且卸荷阀内部油路畅通无阻、组件性能正常等。

Abstract:The fault that quick-acting shutoff time of throttle valve is prolonged while turbine tripping or shut-down happened in many power plants, especially during the commissioning course of the new units. The security system of ND83/83/07-1 steam turbine being used as examples, the fault mechanism that quick-acting shutoff time is prolonged, and unloading valve operation principle were analyzed and investigated.
