利用附着系数和路面附着系数利用率计算分析方法

摘    要:本文介绍了变比值制动力分配汽车的利用附着系数和路面附着系数利用率的计算分析方法。该法显然比固定比值制动力分配汽车的计算分析方法复杂。利用该分析方法得到的带比例阀汽车的利用附着系数完全满足了M1类车辆的ECE制动法规的要求。并且利用附着系数和制动强度之间的关系曲线与路面附着系数利用率曲线完全吻合,说明该分析方法正确。

Abstract:This paper presents a method of analysis for the utilization adhesion coefficient and the utilization factor of road adhesion coefficient for vehicles with proportioned braking Obviously, this method is much better yet more complicated than ones having fixed ratio braking force distribution Using this method the utilization adhesion coefficient of the vehicle can be realized with the proportional valve Then the vehicle can fulfill the ECE legislation Furthermore, the relationship curve between the utilization adhesion coefficient and the braking capacity is found to be consistent with the curve of the utilization factor of road adhesion coefficient
