摘    要:提出了一种快速分形编码算法.针对Jacquin的算法,在为值块(range块)搜索匹配域块(domain块)进行全搜索,搜索速度慢,编码时间过长的缺点,笔者首先提出周边邻域的定义,然后在Jacquin算法基础上提出快速分形编码算法,这种算法大大减少了匹配计算,提高了分形编码速度.实验结果显示,编码时间缩短99%左右,而图像质量没有受到多大影响.

Abstract:A fast fractal image coding algorithm is presented. Considering deficiency of slow speed and too long coding time in Jadquin's algorithm when searching domain block for range block, the definition of peripheral neighborhood is first presented, and then a fast fractal image coding algorithm based on Jacquin's is presented. This algorithm can reduce matching computation greatly, and can speed up fractal coding. Experimental results show that the coding time can be reduced by 99% while the quality of reconstructed image is not much influenced.
