地面离心泵式注水系统工况诊断分析

摘    要:针对华北油田地面注水系统大多数属于多泵单站系统,在满足地质配注方案要求的前提下,站内机泵系统如何与一定工艺流程下的管网系统协调优化、对注水系统运行状况如何评价、如何提高油田注水系统效率、有效降低注水单耗等问题,通过对注水系统管网、离心泵运行特性规律研究,建立了适合华北油田注水开发需要的离心泵注水系统工况诊断分析模型.采用该工况诊断分析方法,能够确定注水系统工作点,界定其工作区域,给出诊断分析结果,为制定调整改造方案,提高注水系统效率提供决策依据.该技术在别古庄油田古一站注水系统调整改造中应用,有效地提高了注水系统生产运行效率,降低了注水单耗,为进一步扩大现场应用规模奠定了基础.

Abstract:The majority of injection system of Huabei Oilfield was multi-pump and single-station system. By studying operating characteristic and rule of pipeline network and centrifugal pump of injection system, the diagnostic model of centrifugal pump injection system condition was developed. This diagnostic model could define the operating point of injection system and perform region, and provide diagnosis result and foundation for injection system adjustment. This technology has been applied for the adjustment of Gu-1 injection station in Bieguzhuang reservoir, and the operating efficiency of injection system has been effectively improved, and the injection unit consumption has been effectively decreased, which provided foundation for the further field applications.
