摘    要:为实现对高精度实时目标的跟踪,设计了直流电机伺服系统。该伺服系统以STM32F103嵌入式微处理器为控制核心,以带有霍尔换向传感器的三相直流无刷电机作为伺服电机,并采用增量型积分分离式PID控制与模糊控制相结合的模糊PID控制策略。模拟对空跟踪试验测试表明,该系统具有较高的动态跟踪精度和较快的响应速度,平稳性好,实现了高精度实时跟踪,达到了设计的预期目的。

Abstract:In order to implement highly precise and real-time tracking for the objects,the DC motor servo system has been designed.The system is composed of the embedded microprocessor STM32F103 as the kernel,and the 3-phase DC brushless motor equipped with Hall commutating sensor as servo motor.In addition,the fuzzy control scheme that is combination of incremental integral separation PID control and fuzzy control is adopted.The experimental test through emulated air-tracking shows that the system is able to reach higher dynamic tracking accuracy and faster response speed,and features stable and smooth performance.It does implement highly precise real-time tracking,and the design meets expected goal.
