基于灰色机会约束规划的不确定条件下车间作业调度

摘    要:针对不确定条件下job shop调度问题的约束条件中含有灰色变量,提出用灰色机会约束规划方法解决不确定条件下job shop调度问题,建立了灰色机会约束规划调度模型.同时,使用灰色模拟的方法和手段解决了灰色机会约束规划问题.给出了如何使用灰色模拟技术处理复杂的灰色机会约束以及基于遗传算法的求最优解的过程,并提出用灰色模拟技术结合遗传算法求解生产调度问题中的灰色不确定规划问题.计算仿真结果表明,这种基于灰色机会约束规划的方法处理不确定条件下车间作业调度问题的模型是可行而有效的.

Abstract:The problem of job shop scheduling under uncertainty was investigated, and based on this, the method of grey chance-constrained programming was proposed according to the fact that grey variables are included in system restrictions. The concept and the model of grey simulation were put forward. A mathematical model for job shop scheduling which includes grey parameters was studied in details and how to use grey simulation technology to get the best result based on genetic algorithm was introduced. The effectiveness of the model and method is verified by simulation results.
