HTR-10燃料元件装卸控制系统的研制

摘    要:为保证高温气冷实验堆燃料元件装卸系统的可靠运行,采用了以PLC-IPC为核心的控制系统设计方案。介绍了控制系统的结构、主要执行元件的控制方式、PLC控制的特点以及IPC软件的编制实现了燃料元件装卸循环过程的实时控制、状态监控、数据存储、故障诊断和报警、系统管理等功能。

Abstract:In order to ensure fuel handling system to work reliably in the 10MW high temperature gas cooled reactor ( HTR 10 ), the design of control system was utilized in the core of PLC(programmable logic controller) IPC(industrial personal computer) combination. The structure of control system, control modes of primary working parts, characters of PLC control units and development of IPC software were described. The function of real time control, state monitor, data storage, fault alarm, system management was realized in the course of fuel circulation.
