摘    要:为克服深冷法回收氨合成尾气时因氨结霜而堵塞管道的问题,提出了冻氨法脱除微量氨工艺技术.介绍了冻氨法除氨的工艺流程、分离原理、操作规程和技术优势;对比了水洗蒸氨法除氨与冻氨法除氨的工艺条件和工艺流程;计算了冻氨法工艺的关键设备———板翅式换热器的换热量和换热面积;从回收费用、产品收益以及对合成氨系统的影响等方面总结了应用效果.结果表明,冻氨法脱除微量氨工艺不仅可以将氨含量降低到10×10-6以下,而且使深冷法回收氨合成尾气中的甲烷、氩、氢等资源成为可能.

Abstract:In order to overcome problem that piping blockage due to ammonia frost when recovering tail gas in synthetic ammonia by means of deep cold method, process technology for removal of trace ammonia by frozen ammonia method was suggested. Author has introduced the process flow, separation principle, operating regulation and technical superiority for removal of ammonia by frozen ammonia method ; has compared the process condition and process flow concerning removal of ammonia by water washing and ammonia evaporation method with removal of ammonia by frozen ammonia method ; has calculated the heat duty exchanged and heat exchange area of key equipment-plme-fin heat exchanger for process of frozen ammonia method ; application effect was summarized from aspects of cost recovery, product gain and influence on synthetic ammonia system and so on. Result indicates that process a- bout removal of trace ammonia by frozen ammonia method can reduce the ammonia content below to 10 × 10^-6, make recovering resource of methane, argon and hydrogen etc. by deep cold method being possible.
