| 摘 要： | 广泛应用于OA系统的Lotus公司的Notes／Domino系统集通信和多媒体文档数据库于一体，数据通信功能强大。在研究了Domino邮件服务器发送机理的基础上，提出了在Intranet内，基于邮件系统的多服务器间数据库文档传输技术。比较了文档复制和基于邮件的文档传输方式，提出综合应用两种文档传输技术，可有效提高数据库文档传输效率，降低网络载荷，实现文档传输系统的最优。最后结合案例证明数据库文档传输方案的有效性。

| Abstract: | As a collaboration software, Lotus Notes/Domino has widely applied to OA system. It is a compound system including both communication and multimedia document database with powerful communication performance. In this paper,a mail-based document transmission technique among multi-servers in Intranet is proposed based on studying the mail-based transmission mechanism of Notes/Domino. After comparing document duplicate technique with mail-based transmission mechanism, a document transmission strategy is proposed aimed to improve the efficiency of document transmission, decrease the loads of network and optimize the document transmission system. At last, a practical case testifies the effectiveness of that strategy. |
