Fe-Cr不锈钢堆焊层性能研究及其在连铸辊上的应用

摘    要:采用埋弧堆焊工艺制备了厚度约8mm 的 Fe-Cr 马氏体不锈钢堆焊层,该涂层致密度高,与基体材料达到冶金结合。分析了堆焊层的抗氧化、抗磨损、耐冷热冲击、硬度等性能。结果表明,该堆焊层在600℃以下具有优良的抗氧化、抗磨损、抗冷热冲击等性能,可显著提高连铸辊的高温性能。
