氰化尾渣铜锌混合精矿分离浮选试验研究

摘    要:对某氰化尾渣浮选后铜锌混合精矿进行了分离浮选试验研究。试验优化确定了抑制剂及抑制时间、调整剂、捕收剂、矿浆浓度等条件。采用试验确定工艺条件,铜锌混合精矿经分离浮选,后,可产出符合冶炼要求的铜精矿,铜、锌的回收率分别可达到95.61%、76.42%。

Abstract:Separation floatation tests are carried out for copper zinc mixed floatation concentrate of a certain cyanidation tailings. The depressor, depression time, regulator, collecting agent and pulp density are optimized in tests. With the o mand, are ptimized technical conditions, copper concentrate and zinc concentrate, which accord with the smelting deobtained. And the recovery rate of copper and zinc is respectively 95.61% and 76.42 %.
