摘    要:开发了三相一体变压器油中气体在线分析系统的炉温和柱温实时双温控系统;该系统以变压器在线监测重要设备色谱柱和固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)微量可燃气体检测传感器的工作环境温度为主要参数,以16位超低功耗单片机MSP430f149为控制核心,采用BANG- BANG控制和PID控制相结合的策略,快速稳定控制工作环境温度;通过PC机串口与系统进行交互,控制系统实时运行状态,上位机软件显示实时温度曲线;经长时间运行表明,能很好的将柱温控制在70℃士0.1℃,炉温控制在700℃士0.5℃,整定时间分别为5 min,9 min;应用于变压器油中气体在线分析,使气体检测基线总波动在200μV左右,得到油中6种气体的色谱峰.

Abstract:A real-time dual temperature control system of furnace and chromatograph for online dissolved gas analysis based on three-phase transformer is developed in this paper.This system takes the working environment temperature of chromatograph and micro-combustible gas detection based on Solid Oxide Fuel Cell(SOFC)-an important equipment of online monitoring for transformer as main parameters,uses 16-bit ultra-low power microcontroller-MSP430,adopts BANG-BANG and PID control algorithm,realizes rapid and stable temperature control.Through the PC serial ports to interact with the microcontroller,real-time condition of this system is controlled and PC software shows the real-time temperature curves.Experiment results show that the temperature of chromatograph and the gas detection can be well controlled within 70℃±0.1℃,700℃±0.5℃ respectively;setting time,one is 5min,another 9min;by using this strategy in online dissolved gas analysis,the fluctuation of baseline is about 200μV,six peaks of gases in oil can be obtained.
