花生肽对半乳糖致大鼠肝损伤的抑制作用

摘    要:为研究花生肽对D-半乳糖诱导的大鼠化学性肝损伤的保护作用,将50只SD大鼠随机分为5组(对照组、模型组、低中高剂量花生肽组),除对照组外,其余各组大鼠按其体质量每天皮下注射D-半乳糖400mg/kg建立氧化损伤模型,同时3个花生肽组每天分别按200、500、800mg/kg的剂量灌胃,持续50d。检测血清生化指标以及肝脏中脂褐素含量和抗氧化酶活力,并进行肝组织病理学镜检。结果表明,花生肽能明显对抗氧化损伤大鼠血清中总胆汁酸的积累,抑制谷丙转氨酶和碱性磷酸酶活力的升高,提高肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活力,并能够降低大鼠肝脏中的脂褐素含量,有效减轻大鼠肝脏的组织病理形态学变化。表明花生肽对D-半乳糖诱导的大鼠肝损伤有一定的保护作用。
