pH值对硫酸铵溶解度及结晶介稳区的影响

摘    要:溶解度是结晶工艺研究的基础数据,对结晶工艺的优化,最终收率的预测具有重要的指导作用。采用激光法测定了硫酸铵在纯水以及不同pH值的硫酸溶液中的溶解度及超溶解度等热力学基础数据,并讨论了温度及溶液pH值对溶解度以及介稳区的影响,同时也对溶液pH值对于结晶产品的影响进行了讨论。利用经验方程溶解度模型对试验数据进行了回归,其回归及计算结果与试验值符合良好。

Abstract:Solubility is the key data for crystallization to investigate the optimum condition and to determine the theoretical yield. With a laser monitoring observation technique, the solubility and metastable zone of ammonium sulfate in water and sulfuric acid solution with different pH were measured at 283 K-360 K under atmosphere pressure. The effect of pH and temperature on the solubility and metastable zone was discussed. Furthermore, by using these thermodynamic data, the effects of pH on the crystallizing process of ammonium sulfate were analyzed. The solubility data were correlated with an empirical equation, and it was found that empirical equation was able to correlate the solubility data very well.
