摘    要:以蒸汽裂解轻油为原料制备了石油磺酸钠甲醛缩聚物。用核磁共振碳谱、凝胶渗透色谱表征了石油磺酸钠甲醛缩聚物的组成,并探讨了石油磺酸钠甲醛缩聚物为降黏剂时的组成与油水界面张力、稠油乳液的稳定性和乳液液滴粒径的关系。研究结果表明,由于石油磺酸钠甲醛缩聚物分子中含有缩合度不同的磺酸盐,且含有一些未缩合的磺酸盐,分子大小不同的阴离子磺酸盐在油水界面的间隔及附形成了致密的界面膜,对乳化稠油有利。以石油磺酸钠甲醛缩聚物为主剂的乳化降黏剂在4个稠油井取得了良好的现场乳化降黏效果。
