PET表面低温碱性化学镀镍工艺

摘    要:为了能在聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)表面获得连续、光亮的化学镀镍层,并同时保持镀液的稳定和较快的镀速,研究了镀液中Ni2+浓度、配位剂浓度和工艺参数对低温碱性化学镀镍磷合金镀速的影响,重点研究了添加剂对镀层的影响,最后确定了最佳工艺参数.结果表明,Cu2+是较好的光亮剂,盐酸胍能够明显提高沉积速率.

Abstract:The effects of Ni2+ concentration,complexing agent concentration and operation con-ditions on the deposition rate of electroless Ni-P alloy coating on the surface of poly ethylene terephthalate(PET)in an alkaline bath were investigated.The influence of additives on the deposi-tion rate was highlighted.And the optimized plating conditions were then determined.It was found that Cu2+ as a suitable brigh-ter was helpful to the formation of continuous and bright Ni-P al-loy coating on the surface of PET,while gu...
