| 摘 要： | 砂轮作为主要的磨削工具,在磨削过程中会产生大量的热,容易造成工件的表面烧伤和微裂纹.为了解决这个问题,研究出了一种化学渗浸砂轮.该砂轮利用砂轮中的气孔,将冷却剂、润滑剂、抗粘附添加剂、固化剂等物质渗入到砂轮中,固化后在砂轮孔隙中形成一层固化膜,在磨削过程中,起到有效的冷却和润滑作用.实验结果表明,采用这种砂轮可以有效降...
