结合工程量清单模式下工程造价控制的内容,对当前施工企业造价控制中存在的问题进行了分析,并对招投标阶段、合同阶段、施工阶段、竣工阶段的造价控制措施进行了研究,以保障施工企业获得良好的经济效益。

Combining with engineering cost control contents under the BOQ mode, the paper analyzes current cost control problems for construc-tion enterprises, and studies cost control measures at bidding phase, contract phase, construction phase and completion phase, with a view to ensure the construction enterprises achieving good economic benefits.
