金刚石钻头磨损机理分析

摘    要:针对当前对金刚石耐磨性试验研究方法的不足之处,提出了一种新的试验方法,该方法通过连续拍摄钻头钻进过程中同一胎体面上的金刚石变化,从微机上观察了分析了金刚石钻头的磨损机理,得同了两个新的结论,可供孕镶金刚石钻头的设计和使用参考。

Abstract:The authors present a new test method used to study the wearlessness of bit. As for this method, the variation of diamond on the same matrix surfaces in the process of drilling was shot continuously, and the wearing mechanism of diamond bit was observed and analyzed microscopically, from which the two new conclusions had been obtained. The conclusions can provide a reference to the design and use of impregnated diamond bits.
