摘    要:六价铬镀液对环境污染严重,各国已立法限制其应用,所以三价铬电镀工艺将成为今后研究的重点.其中,阳极材料是三价铬电镀工艺体系的重要组成部分.着重介绍国内外三价铬电镀工艺阳极材料的应用与研究进展.

Abstract:Electrolyte in hexavalent chromium plating has a heavy pollution on the environment so that its application is restricted by law in the world.So the trivalent chromium plating will be the focus in study of chromium plating process.The anode materials are an important part in trivalent chromium plating technology system.The application and research of the anode materials for trivalent chromium plating at home and abroad are centered on in the introduction.
