CTF和CTP制版工艺环境效益的量化分析

摘    要:基于生命周期评价对大连地区胶印企业所采用的CTF和CTP制版工艺进行了环境影响量化分析,指出了2种制版工艺所致的环境影响类型、严重程度及成因。结合相关经济指标,进一步对二者的环境效益进行对比评价,提出了改善建议。研究结果表明:CTP工艺环境影响相对较小,其环境影响总量是CTF的83%,但CTP与CTF相比的绿色比值仅为0.88,说明CTP工艺的环境效益尚处于较低水平;控制工艺过程耗电量、提高能源利用率和降低版材成本是提高制版工艺环境效益的重要途径;当CTP工艺所构成的内部成本下降15%以上时,会大大提高其市场竞争力。
