摘    要:在氯化物-硫酸盐体系中,采用电沉积法在45#钢基体上制备Fe-Ni-Cr合金镀层,研究了电流密度、温度及pH值对舍金镀层成分的影响.借助扫描电镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射分析了合金镀层的表面形貌、成分和相组成,采用电化学法和盐雾实验评价了镀层的耐蚀性.结果表明:Fe-Ni-Cr三元合金镀层均匀、致密、光滑,镀层中Cr的质量分...

Abstract:A Fe-Ni-Cr alloy coating was electroplated on 45# steel substrate in chloride-sulfate system.The effects of current density,temperature and pH on the composition of the deposit were investigated.The surface morphology,components and phase composition of the coating were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The corrosion resistance of the coating was evaluated by electrochemical and salt spray tests.The results show that the Ni-Fe-Cr all...
