磁化对水煤浆成浆性能影响的初步研究

摘    要:用义马煤和淮南煤进行了正交试验,初步研究了水、煤和水煤浆在磁化杯内进行磁化后的水煤浆性能变化情况。结果表明,通过磁化杯磁化可使水煤浆粘度降低,流动性变好。

Abstract:The features of C.W.M. was studied based on the cross test for Huainan washing coal and Beisu coal in the existence of magnetic field. The results indicate that the effects of coal, water and C.W.M. which were magnetized in the magnetical mug on the properties of C.W.M. show same results for both coal. The main factor influenced the C.W.M. is water magnetization. The less important factor is coal magnetization. Compared with the blank coal water slurry sample, the surface viscosity and fluidity of C.W.M. of magnetized Huainan coal and Yima coal is decreased.
