负重有氧健美操对大学女生BMI和WHR影响的实验研究

摘    要:为了更好地满足大学女生减脂、健美形体的锻炼目的,探讨更为行之有效的锻炼方法,将随机取样的大学女生分为具有可比性的两组进行教学实验.实验组进行负重有氧健美操练习,对照组按常规健美操课模式进行12周的有氧健美操练习.结果显示:实验组学生的BMI和WHR有更明显的改善,表明负重有氧健美操能更有效地起到健身减脂,健美形体的作用.

Abstract:In order to study the effective methods of weight control and shape-keeping for female college students,volunteers of female college students were randomly divided into two comparable groups.Experimental group members conducted loaded aerobic exercises in the class while the controlled group participated in the regular aerobic exercises.The results showed that the experimental group,after 12 week's exercises,had much more significant improvement in BMI and WHR.That means that loaded aerobic exercises are more effective for weight control and shape-keeping.
