| 摘 要： | 酶工程课程是高校生物技术以及生物工程专业的专业方向课.本文结合工作实践,从教学内容改革和强化实验研究两个方面,探讨了如何搞好《酶工程》教学,提高学生的学习积极性和实验参与能力问题.
