钛条带光波导的耦合分析

摘    要:本文分析了铁条带光波导间的耦合和钛条带与光纤间的耦合,提出了耦合波导本征模的两种近似解,并利用变分方法优化其参数和光纤与铁条带波导的功率耦合系数的计算方法。对定向耦合器和电光调制器的分析和设计具有指导意义。

Abstract:The coupling of Ti: LiNbo_3 optical waveguide, and the coupling between Ti: LiNbo_3 optical waveguide and optical fiber are analyzed. Two approximate solutions for the eigenmode of coupled waveguide are proposed. Their parameters are optimized using variational method. The procedure of computing the power coupling coefficient between step-profile waveguide and optical fiber is improved. It is significant in analysis and design of directional couplers and light modulators.
