| 摘 要： | 探讨了应对区域性气象灾害的多平台气象预警体系建设问题。从预警机制的评价指标、气象预警信息发布及多部门联动、多平台联合信息系统建设几个方面展开讨论，最后分析了建设多平台气象预警体系存在的挑战，为预警体系的建设和运行提出了建设性意见。

| Abstract: | This thesis discusses on the problem of multi-platform meteorological early warning system forlocal meteorological disaster. It mainly presents the assessment criteria of meteorological early warningsystem, publishing of meteorological information and multidivisional action, construction of multi-platforminformation system. Finally, it analyses the challenges in the construction of the multi-platformmeteorological early warning system, and proposes some suggestions for the early warning system. |
