特高压淮上线钢管塔横担吊装工艺研究与应用

摘    要:特高压淮上线首次全线使用钢管塔,铁塔横担连接方式以其所采用现有内悬浮外拉线抱杆施工工艺不能满足铁塔横担吊装要求。通过分析钢管杆塔结构,选用辅助人字抱杆、吊装试验,研究确定了钢管塔横担吊装新工艺,在工程中得到应用。

Abstract:The UHV power transmission line from Huainan to Shanghai uses the steel tube tower for the first time,and the cross arm connection of the tower uses existing suspending arm pull rod construction technology which can’t meet the tower cross arm hoisting requirements.Through the analysis of tower structure,we selected aiding "人" shape derrick and hoisting test.The research determined the new technology of the steel tube tower cross arm hoisting,which was applied in the engineering.
