| Abstract: | A possibility of using reversibly sedimented polymeric system for the concentration of hepatitis A and B virus antigen has been demonstrated. As polymeric systems, tetrasole-containing polyelectrolytes and interpolymeric complex polymethacryl acid-poly-1-vinylpyrrolidone were used, capable of sedimenting in acid medium and dissolving in media with the neutral pH. |
