| 摘 要： | Partnering模式是国际上一种先进的工程项目管理模式，它改变了工程参与各方的对立局面，强调合作与信任。诠释了Partnering模式的核心内容和基本要素，针对目前项目承包中普遍存在的参与各方之问的对抗关系，探讨了Partnering模式如何促进各方形成和谐合作关系。
