直蚌线发动机动力学仿真研究

摘    要:
探讨了刚柔结合多体机械系统动力学仿真的方法,利用SOLIDWORKS,AD-AMS,COSMOSMOTION,三种软件,建立了直蚌线发动机虚拟样机模型,通过动态仿真计算,得到了该发动机的主要运动部件的运动规律;在此基础上,结合ANSYS软件,以柔性前曲轴和后曲轴分别代替刚性前曲轴和后曲轴,再次仿真计算,得到了这两个关键部件在周期性作用力作用下的危险时刻,危险部位,为该发动机的进一步精确的优化提供了依据.

Abstract:
A method of dynamic simulation for mechanical system including multi-rigid body and multi-flexible body is discussed in this paper.To build the virtual prototype model of straight-clam curve engine,three kinds of software,ADAMS,SOLIDWORKS,COSMOSMOTION,are used.The kinematical curves of the main parts of the engine are obtained by simulation.Combining the ANSYS software,with the front rigid crankshaft and back rigid crankshaft being substituted by flexible ones,the dangerous time and position are found out by simulating this model again.The results can be used for further precisely optimizing its design.
