摘    要:通过正交实验设计,结合其他参数的测定,得出气相色谱法分析焦炉煤气详细的实验数据,对分析条件的影响作了讨论。实验结果表明,柱箱温度是影响分析的主要条件,载气的流速、检测器温度和检测器桥电流的影响并不显著。经实验确定的最佳分析条件:载气流速为56mL/min;柱箱温度为室温:检测器桥电流为120mA;检测器温度为100℃。

Analysis conditions of compositions of coke oven gas by gas chromatography

Abstract:The detail experiment datum about analysis of compositions of cove oven gas by gas chromatography are given and the effect on the result of analysis condition is discussed. In this paper, the orthogonal experiment design is used and some parameters are measured. The result shows that temperature of column oven is the main condition, the effects of the flow rate of carrier gas, detector temperature and detector bridge current are not significant for the analysis result. The best analysis conditions are that the flow rate of carrier gas is 56 ml/min, temperature of column oven is room temperature, detector bridge current is 120 mA and detector temperature is 100℃.
