浅谈EPC模式在中国房建领域的应用

近年来,EPC工程总承包逐步成为发达国家工程建设管理主流模式之一。我国EPC总承包工程的比例也在逐年增加,在化工、石化等领域已取得不俗的成绩。然而,EPC模式在房屋建筑领域却较少应用。我国房屋建筑行业的发展状况已经为EPC模式的应用创造了条件。对EPC模式在房建领域的风险成因进行比较分析,这对于研究EPC模式在房屋建筑领域的应用有重要的意义。

Discussion on Application of EPC Mode in Building Construction in China

In recent years,EPC general contract mode has gradually become the mainstream in the international engineering contracting market.In China,the percentage of EPC turnkey project increases every year,especially in chemical,petrochemical and other fields,the good progress has been made.However,EPC mode is hardly universal in housing construction.At present,the development of construction trade in China has already opened the door for the application of EPC mode.Here, the risk causes of EPC mode in housing construction are compared and analyzed,which would have great significance to study the application of EPC mode in construction field.
