冷拔六角钢“一次成型”金属流动规律试验研究

摘    要:本文用密栅云纹法测量了拉拨过程中金属在变形区内的流动情况,将变形区划分为三个区域,发现金属在入口模具接触面附近有一个三向受压状态的“负位移区”。在相同减面率情况下,用圆坯“一次成型”冷拔六角钢其等效应变较拉拔圆棒时要均匀得多,这有利于提高六角钢的产品质量。

Abstract:The metal flow in the deformation zone during cold-drawn process wasmeasured by Morie pattern method. It was found that the deformation zone wasdivided into three parts and there was a negative deformation part under tria-xial compression state near by the contact surface of the steel with the dies atthe entrance. Using one pass forming process the distribution of strain of cold-drawn hexagen steel was much more uniform than routine process at the samereduction rate of cross sectional area. It is beneficial to impove the quality ofproducts.
