| 摘 要： | 煤炭企业档案是企业发展的真实记录,在企业改制发展的过程中一定要高度重视企业的真实历史记录,只有充分做好煤炭企业档案管理工作,将历史记录完整的收集保存好,才能充分表现出企业的发展轨迹,为企业的再发展提供良好的借鉴。因此做好煤炭企业档案管理工作,使档案管理与企业管理达到同步,是当前煤炭企业发展的迫切需要。 |

| Abstract: | Coal enterprises file is a true record of business development,corporate restructuring in the process of development must attach great importance to the real business history,only to do all the coal enterprise file management,will complete the collection and preservation of historical records,in order to fully demonstrate enterprise development path for the further development of enterprises to provide a good reference.Therefore,a good coal enterprise file management,file management and business management to achieve synchronization,is currently an urgent need for the development of coal enterprises. |
