平岗1202工作面割煤速度与瓦斯涌出关系研究

摘    要:平岗煤矿1202新面为高瓦斯工作面,采用瓦斯抽放系统抽取瓦斯一定程度上缓解了瓦斯涌出,但在破煤生产时瓦斯涌出量仍然较大,采用增加风量冲淡瓦斯的措施受到巷道面积和风速的限制,不能完全满足生产需求。对1202新面割煤速度与瓦斯涌出量的关系进行统计分析,研究表明两者之间符合多项式关系,并且得出计算公式。该研究为新工作面割煤时的安全高效生产提供理论依据。

Abstract:Pinggang Mine 1202 new face is a high gas face.Gas drainage system relieves the gas emission to a certain degree,however,gas emission is still too much in the process of coal production.The method of increasing air flow to dilute gas is trapped by tunnel area and wind speed.It can't meet the needs of production completely.According to statistical analysis on the relationship between the speed of 1202 new coal face cutting and gas emission,they have polynomial relationship and deduced formula.The research provides the theoretical basis for safe and efficient production in new face coal cutting.
