| 摘 要： | 基于下运带式输送机制动问题的重要性.提出了智能液压调速制动系统,研究了该系统在下运带式输送机各运行工况的特点.试验结果表明,智能液压调速制动系统能够实现预期的各种功能,无人参与其控制过程,属于PID智能型控制系统.依据减速器高速轴转速反馈控制刹车泵排量和压力的变化,智能液压调速制动系统能够产生下运带式输送机需要的制动力矩,保证了下运带式输送机的安全可靠运行.
