退火温度对离心铸造轧辊用高速钢材料组织和硬度的影响

摘    要:采用四种不同的退火温度对离心铸造轧辊用高速钢材料进行退火热处理,并利用显微金相、SEM和硬度测试等方法对铸态和退火态离心铸造轧辊用高速钢材料进行检测分析.结果表明离心铸造轧辊用高速钢材料的退火温度为640℃时,组织接近平衡状态,为进一步的淬火热处理做好了准备,同时硬度大幅下降,改善了切削加工性能.

Abstract:High speed steel material used for the centrifugal casting roll was treated at different annealing temperature, and the samples of casting state and annealing state were analyzed by metallographic analysis, SEM and hardness test. The results revealed that when the preferred annealing temperature of high speed steel material used for the cen- trifugal casting roll was 640~C, the microstructure approached balance, which prepared well for the next quenching treatment, and simultaneously, the hardness decreased rapidly to improve machining property.
