螺旋折流板换热器研究进展

摘    要:文章主要对螺旋折流板换热器的结构、性能及制造的研究进展进行了综述。螺旋折流板换热器主要有连续折流板和非连续螺旋折流板两种结构。相比于传统弓形折流板换热器,螺旋折流板换热器具有传热性能好,壳侧压力降小,抗振动,防止结垢,气固分离性能良好等优点。螺旋折流板制造加工相对困难,未来研究重点是简便、可靠的设计制造方法。

Abstract:The structure, performance and manufacture research development of helical baffled heat exchanger were reviewed in the paper. The helical baffled heat exchanger has two structures: continuous helical baffle and discontinuous helical baffle. Compared to the conventional segmental baffle heat exchanger, the helical baffled heat exchangers have higher coefficient of heat transfer, lower pressure drop, small vibration and fouling as well as good gas-solid separation etc. The manufacture of helical baffled heat exchanger is relatively difficult. The main research is on simple and reliable method of design and manufacture in the future.
