摘    要:从理论上分析了活性染料低盐和无盐染色的可能性,并介绍了主要途径:(1)开发高直接性和对盐依存性低的染料;(2)合理制定染色工艺,减小浴比,降低染色温度等;(3)对纤维改性,提高对染料的吸附能力;(4)开发新助剂或选用高盐效应的盐类,并提出了应注意的问题.

Abstract:The possibility of low-salt and salt-free dyeing with reactive dyes is analyzed theoretically,and the main ways and the cautions are presented as follows:(1)development of the dyes having high directness and low salt-dependence;(2)establishment of reasonable dyeing technology;(3)modification of the fibers to increase the dye absorbance;(4)development of the new auxiliaries or selection of the salts with high salt effectiveness.
