摘    要:针对永磁体与有槽电枢铁心之间相互作用产生齿槽转矩,引起电机的振动和噪声,并影响系统的控制精度等问题,提出了通过改变磁极形状来削弱齿槽转矩的新方法。采用有限元分析方法,对不同形状永磁磁极的永磁电机齿槽转矩和磁通进行了分析和比较,并对槽数与极数配合对齿槽转矩的影响进行了研究。研究表明,采用偏心磁极结构可有效地削弱齿槽转矩,而对每极磁通影响较小,本文提出的方法是有效的。

Abstract:In slotted permanent magnet motors, there exists cogging torque, which may cause noise and vibration. A new method for reducing the cogging torque by changing the shape of magnet pole is proposed. Based on finite ele- ment analysis, the cogging torque and flux per pole for different magnetic pole shape is analyzed. The effects of dif- ferent combinations of slot number and pole number on cogging torque are also investigated. The study shows that the cogging torque could be greatly reduced while the flux per pole changes little by using eccentric magnetic pole. The new method proposed in this paper is proved to be effective.
