| 摘 要： | ERP系统的实施投资大、周期长,任何企业要想获得成功并非易事。由于ERP项目实施中存在着诸多问题,国内众多制造业的ERP实施遭到失败。通过对制造业的行业特点和ERP实施要点、难点,提出关于制造业实施ERP系统应注意的问题,为即将实施ERP的企业提供一些参考。
