摘    要:    利用电化学测试技术研究了304不锈钢经不同浓度的柠檬酸、硝酸、双氧水和硝酸铁四种溶液化学抛光后在模拟质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)阳极环境中的电化学行为.结果表明,经上述四种溶液抛光后,304不锈钢在模拟PEMFC阳极环境中的耐蚀性均可提高一个数量级.即使极化到0.8 V,腐蚀电流密度分别降低到25.69、8.3、21.39和24.44 μA/cm2,接近美国能源部要求的16 μA/cm2.硝酸和双氧水由于具有氧化作用使不锈钢表面钝化而降低腐蚀电流密度,而柠檬酸和硝酸铁能使不锈钢表面发生选择性溶解,形成富铬表面层而增强耐蚀性.

Abstract:304 stainless steel was chemically polished with solutions such as citric acid,nitric acid,hydrogen peroxide and ferric nitrate respectively,of which the corrosion performance was then studied in a simulated PEMFC anode environment by electrochemical means.The results indicated that the corrosion current density of the polished steel was decreased one order of magnitude.The optimal concentration of the polishing solutions was 1%,60%,10% and 1% for the above polishing solutions respectively.The corrosion cur...
