摘    要:智能变电站内二次设备GOOSE网络运行状态缺乏科学有效的监测手段,使得GOOSE网络相关缺陷处理效率低下,给电网安全稳定运行了带来不良影响。本文提出了一种基于专家知识库的智能变电站GOOSE网络智能分析系统,以实现对智能变电站内二次设备的GOOSE网络在线监视和异常预警,实现二次设备运行管理从离线模式向在线分析转变,实现二次设备运维的规范化、远程化、集约化。

Abstract:The lack of scientific and effective monitoring means for the operation status of the secondary equipment GOOSE the network in the intelligent substation makes the treatment efficiency of the related defects of the GOOSE network low,which brings adverse effects to the safe and stable operation of the power network.This paper proposes an intelligent substation GOOSE network intelligent analysis system based on expert knowledge base to realize the online monitoring and abnormal warning of the GOOSE network of the secondary equipment in the intelligent substation,to realize the transformation of the operation management of the secondary equipment from offline mode to online analysis,and to realize the standardization,remote and intensive operation and maintenance of the secondary equipment.
