摘    要:溶胶-凝胶法是制备纳米薄膜的常用方法.综述了溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米薄膜的原理与特点及其最新研究进展,最后指出了溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米薄膜今后急需解决的问题.

Abstract:Sol-gel method is widely used to synthesize nano-thin films. The advances in the preparation ofnano-thin films by sol-gel method as well as its principle and characteristics are briefly reviewed. At the end of this paper, existing problems are also pointed out.
