| Abstract: | The instantaneous risk analysis is an important aspect of the risk analysis of construction diversion system. Considering the realities of the construction diversion system with overtopped cofferdam, this paper analyses the case of its instantaneous state change and defines its Fuzzy failure state. With nonhomogeneous poisson process, an instantaneous risk model of the construction diversion system with overtopped cofferdam is developed. Using the model, we can not only obtain the instantaneous risk but also have the theory base of deciding repair rate, and soon. The research results show the model is practicable. |
